    Kickbox DVD

    I decided to buy this as now I have my little girl I can't attend the local class becuase of the time it is held. This DVD is prving to be great, as it is 10 minute segments so you can pick and choose which one you want to do. Its great for fitting exercise into a busy schedule. I would liked more combinations in it but nevertheless I expect to see results soon

    Good solution for continuous fun exercise

    We bought this product because we like to exercise in our living room and love the 10 minute concept. The exercise regime is not too complicated and rigorous, suitable for us having light regular exercises. We have to be careful when buying these exercise videos as some of them offered too rigorous moves that might not be as enjoyable. we like this one best from the 10 minute solution video range.

    If you want to get fit and loose the ponds, get this DVD. Brilliant DVD.

    Love this exercise DVD. I bought it to add another level to my exercises and give me a bit of a change with my routine. Well it certainly did that. I really like the convenience of the ten minute solution work outs collection and although a tough work out to start with it is easy to follow and you don't feel talked down to while you exercise. I would most defiantly recommend any of the 10 minute solution DVD sets. I have become fit and lost the weight I wanted.

    Well worth the money - great sweat burning dvd!

    I used to do kickboxing and since finishing my classes was looking for something to do from home. This does the trick! Certainly got the thigh muscles working and helps to define my arms. Good easy movements to follow and great to just slip in a quick 10minute workout if you dont have time for the full session!
