Good additional source of reloading information of suggested powders and charge weights. I would like to see separate sections for 5.56 and 7.62 x 51 instead of these being combined with .223 and .308 respectively. While having the same external dimensions (5.56/.223 and 7.62/.308 combinations), internally they are different in powder capacity. and therefore yield different pressures for any given powder charge weight.

This issue of the Lyman Reloading Handbook brings the most current reloading information to your fingertips. It is easy to read and find the data for your caliber ammo and is not tied to a single powder or bullet manufacturer. A lot of choices and combinations.

I like the information in this manual. The print, format and page layout are easy to use and see. I primarily use it for cast bullet handgun loads.

The data contained in some of their new calibers, leaves room for improvement in their next addition. 458 SOCOM data lacks an overall cartridge length, and the powder selection is limited, not to mention, there's only a slight variance from "Lehigh's" data/ figures given for free on the Lehigh web site; did they also forget to pleasure data in on purpose or are they waiting for someone else to do that for them too?

I like the hardback for any long term reference books. I was hoping to see more loads for the 44 magnum in 240 grain.
