Measurements & Sizing
We endeavour to provide all salient measurements to increase your chances of identifying a decent fit. Please take all measurements into account when selecting an item. It may be beneficial to compare the measurements provided with a similar item you already possess.
 
Photography
We strive to provide several photographs for every item we list as well as photographs where indicated in the listing of any faults that have been detected, so that you are more aware of what you'll be receiving. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that your monitor will correctly replicate the colours from the images in the photographs.
 
Condition Of Items
All items are inspected to a high degree, detailing any faults that are detected with photographs where applicable. Certain items may benefit from a professional clean. Some attire is washed and ironed prior to listing and this will be stated in the listing.
 
Invoicing
We will always update your invoice. Please ONLY pay when you have completely finished selecting items. Just one payment for all items please as this will assist in calculating the P&P discounts (if applicable). We cross reference your Ebay and Paypal addresses and should they be different or should you wish the item to be sent to an alternative address, please let us know.
 
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged in plastic postage envelopes or jiffy bags to ensure safe transit and there will be FRAGILE labels on the packaging.
 
Delivery
Items are dispatched within 2 working days from payment of final invoice unless indicated otherwise due to extenuating circumstances. All items are sent 2nd class recorded for the UK (unless the UK Express option is selected) and using eBay's Global Shipping Programme for non-UK items and in all cases. If an item isn't signed for and is returned to us, we require an additional P&P payment (this will be specified when we communicate with you) prior to dispatching it again. We will try and input the tracking number for you subsequent to dispatch. In the event that we don't, please ask us for these details if required.
