Find the warrior within you.
The first time I read this book I was intrigued. I have always been interested in spiritual guidance and kung fu and other Eastern philosphies and this book sheds a little light on that subject. The book is a very quick read, but I still find myself thinking about it on occasion and then have to pick it back up to read it again. I think I have read it a half-dozen times over the last 10 years. This book has the power to make you look within yourself and question the ways in which you perceive things and how you go about life and do things. If you like to look within yourself from time to time, then this is a good book for you. If you are interested in Eastern philosophy, then again this is a good book for you. This is a book every person on this planet should read.
Absolutely one of the best books I have ever read. First book that kept me up until 2am or later on work nights because I couldn't put it down. AMAZING!!! Its an easy read and every sentence keeps you wanting more. I have recommended this book to every person I know since I first read it in 2004. I have no idea how many copies of this book I have purchased for other people. The only complaint I have about this book is that there is an ending. This is one of those rare reads that almost makes you sad as the back of the book gets thinner with every flip of a page. I want to thank Dan Millman for this life changing story, as well as every chatacter, all of which you cant help but to love and admire more and more with every reread. Great book even better the condition was even better than the edition I lost. Some pages were dog eared slightly but no stains etc.. it's a great read

Excellent book especially for young men struggling with trust issues, discipline and growth.
Excellent book, well researched and written, good character development etc best book to film translation I have seen to date. Believable story etc I have read it 3 times and recommended it to hundreds of people men and women and given away dozens of copies of Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman.

I would give this book a 10 out of 5 if it were available!!!
I am not much of a reader but have lots of books, some of which I use for reference, etc. Shortly after the book came out someone told me about it. I thought that sounds really neat so I went out and bought it. Without projecting too much into it but in the back of my mind the thought was "I wonder if this will sit on the shelf like the rest of the wonderful books!" It was a Thursday night. I read half way through and knew if I started the second half I would have to finish it. It was already late and I needed to go to bed. Within two days I finished reading it. Within a week I read it again and have read it several times over the years, as well as several others of Dan Millman. They REALLY speak to me and everyone I have turned it on to has thanked me deeply. I purchased this copy for a ...
