    Heavy on the presentation of data and graphs

    Lott does his research and uses the research from many other sources. If you like numbers and data, both raw and refined, you will be overjoyed. If you are looking for a book that reads like a novel and draws conclusions for you, stay away. But if you can stay with rather dry text, following trends and thinking for yourself, you will arrive at the book's title.
