At this price point, I wasn't expecting much. However, I am pleased with the quality, fit and feel of this watch. First of all, the borosilicate glass tritium-filled tubes' night glow works great. In literally any lighting condition, this watch can easily be seen. The moment it starts to become too dark to see a normal dial, this watch glows (as seen in my photo) as well as any T25 tubes should. The bezel left me wanting more. Only 60-clicks on this one, but who really needs more than that, right? I'm accustomed to 120-clicks on a Swiss watch. The 12:00 bezel dot is luminous, but not tritium-based. The dial numbers glow some, too - just like most other well-luminated watches. The silicone rubber band is soft and comfortable. But, I've seen too many reviews that say this band is not a high quality band and easily tears or breaks. Of that, I am not too concerned. Mine's been ok so far. Plus, any 20mm NATO strap will easily replace the rubber band. And, at the price I paid - who cares? Although the case lugs are 20mm, the buckle is 22mm (tapers from a 26mm over-lug design). So, as I like doing, you will not be able to re-use their branded buckle on a replacement strap. I've never seen keepers tied together. This is a bit odd. If you have a tiny wrist, that might be a minor concern. One might want them spread apart further than its pre-set distance. The large wide stainless steel buckle seems to be the heaviest part on this plastic-cased (i.e. "resin") watch. It's too big for its use. So far, the watch has kept perfect time and has stayed dry inside after washing dishes a few times. It is light and comfortable, even to the point of forgetting you're wearing a watch. That is, until you lay your wrist on a hard surface, reminding you that the buckle is a bit too big.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Good value. As I prefer bracelet bands for watches, I found one here on eBay to replace the rubber strap. The all black styling with white lettering is easy to read. Huge numbers, small date window tho. Rotating bezel is also a nice feature. The tritium markers are a big plus, main reason I purchased this watch.

This is a good size for my medium wrist. It is not heavy like my Stainless Steal dive watch. I wear it 24 hr a day. The band conformed to my wrist nicely from the beginning. It is easy to read and shows up well in the dark. The date window is a little small for ageing eyes but readable.

For me personally I really liked the look of the Luminox Sentry watches. I like the combo of numbers and indexes on the dial. Tritium tubes also make Luminox watches unique among others. The case is super light weight and durable. The strap is a really nice rubber that isn’t too stiff. I’ve seen these watches go in the $200+ price range. In my opinion that’s too high for this watch. This is a basic ronda 515 quartz movement. A lightweight and durable case/strap, a legible dial, and a basic 100m water resistant watch. If you can find it below $150 I think it’s worth it. At $130 it was a good deal on an everyday wearer that I won’t feel bad about getting it banged up or wears out over time.

This will be my 5th Luminox watch over 20 years I’ve been wearing them, and I can say that I haven’t had much luck with them. All the other watches had problems but for whatever reason I like the style so I decided to buy this cheaper model while my more expensive one sits in a repair shop waiting for a mysterious part that can’t be found. Buy one and see for yourself.
