I normally like the traditional advent calendars with the little doors and lovely pictures, but we wanted to spread out the presents from grandmother and great-grandmother. This was a great alternative and With a little bit of Lego every day, it’s perfect for my Lego-obsessed children.

Saw this for first time this year when grandson received it as a gift. His Dad was as excited as child to see what was opened each morning and then there was a phone call to Grandad to let him know. Each model is a welcome addition to a growing Lego collection although it is lovely to initially use the calendar box itself to create own scene. This is a delightful advent calendar in the run up to Christmas and great value for money as the contents will provide many years of pleasure. Bought this one for a younger grandson for next year!

As ever the Lego Advent Calander is great value for money. The family enjoy building these small modules building to a bigger picture on Christmas Eve.
