Easy to use, very versatile, a little heavier than I thought but the bigger bin size makes up for this as I do not need to empty it so often. The LED lights light up dark areas well and the lead is very long, I can reach all downstairs, up the stairs and the landing without needing to change the plug. The only niggle I have is the accessories seem to get knocked off if you leave them on the stick when hoovering. Overall a great product.

This does the job but a little heavy maneuvering compared to my previous hoovers. Using the hose I find very stiff and have to keep stretching it but this will probably improve with use. The anti hair wrap brush works which is why I got it.

Hoover had to be cleaned out as it smelt awful . Roller bars do not work when switched on have to use hand give them a start this happens about 4 times till warm up then will work. Disappointed as bought this for my sister as she really liked mine.

Buying secondhand and at a good price wasn't sure how effective it would be, but particularly wanted this older model Shark. Works really well and good value for money.

This machine is amazing, i cannot believe how much dirt it picks up. So much better than my over priced Dyson Cordless hoover i was using. Cannot recommend this product enough.

I have brought several shark hoovers but I like this one the best, it has feet so it can stand up, several tools to use and not to heavy, I find this is the one I always reach for to hoover with, only wish it had been on the market to buy sooner thanks shark well impressed does everything it says on the box

Having read all the reviews before purchase I knew this hoover was reported to be top heavy, but didn’t think it would be a problem for me. Now I’ve used it I can say it is ok, not too bad at all weight wise. that’s the only down side, it’s powerful, compact and good on hard floors and carpets, exactly what I was after.

As an owner of a dog that sheds vast amounts of fur, I have bought several vacs. with no success at picking it all up. The Shark is just wonderful. My carpets have never looked so good apart from when new. Only drawback is that it’s heavy to use and carry about. But so impressed that I bought another one to use upstairs. Highly recommend.
