Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your choice.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service on one of the methods on the Contact Us page or at info@personalisedplasticcards.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The type of personal information we collect

Online account user names
Any other information provided to us in order to carry out a contract.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Producing orders, including personalised printed cards
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
Ebay.co.uk, Wix.com, square.online, to complete contracts(orders) placed via these locations.
We use the information that you have given us in order to produce and process your order.
We may share this information with authorities, only if required.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep National Insurance numbers and the associated name for 6 months, We will then dispose your information by deleting from our secure digital storage.
We keep image files of all printed cards for 6 months, We will then dispose your information by deleting from our secure digital storage.
We keep image files of all printed cards for 6 months, We will then dispose your information by deleting from our secure digital storage.
We keep raw data files of other cards edited by us, for future orders from yourself, for up to 5 years, We will then dispose your information by deleting from our secure digital storage.

We keep order details, including name, address and order specifics for 2 years, We will then dispose your information by deleting from our secure digital storage.
