    This is the most important health information I've learned in my entire life. She lays out the historical details surrounding the most destructive scientific fraud in 100 years. That fraud is ongoing and threatens the life and health of everyone you know or love. This is not some conspiracy theory BS that prevails in such abundance online nowadays.     Saturated fats. Devil or Saint ? This is fresh, though old viewpoint on Saturated Fats. This re-establishes Saturated fat as a guardian for good health and weight management. Extremely informative book, which I actually purchased to gift to my Son to help him and his wife see through the Low Fat dogma/dilemma that has seen our health deteriorate over the last 70 yr since Ancel Keys first hypothesized that dietary saturated fat causes cardiovascular heart disease and should be avoided.
