    Looks great, as pictured, good communication, quick shipping. I didn't install yet, though the parts look right when next to the existing parts (which are still on the car), and the shipping box was sturdy and everything in great shape upon arrival. Everything looks new and the rubber is supple.

    Excellent product and a must have!

    As soon as I replaced this intermediate shaft in my 2013 highlander limited the knocking and clicking when turning disappeared.

    Easy DIY

    45220-48170 intermediate steering shaft was quite easy to install. About 2hrs. labor. mostly problem caused by confined space at connection to steering rack. Tested and found no noise or clunk and steering was smooth.

    Direct "upgraded" replacement intermediate shaft

    Direct replacement intermediate shaft as described. Eliminated typical "clunk" sound in 2012 Highlander. It's a known issue with several years of Highlanders and Camry's. Took about an hour with a lift. Would be much more difficult if you were doing this on your back in the driveway.

    Close to $100 difference when buying at Toyota dealership.

    Genuine Toyota parts and installed by Toyota certified Mechanic. Installation took 90 minutes. No need for vehicle realignment. Some body shop tend to charge additional for unnecessary alignment. Work done at Fred Anderson Toyota.
