    Excellent, as always with books-etc. Exactly as described, good packaging in sturdy cardboard, which is very important to me. I don't like flimsy paper/polythene envelopes. Perfect condition book at a great price. It usually takes about a week to receive an item, but with free postage so what?! There's a reason I keep coming back to them - they are a top seller.     An excellent book at a great price. It was my first purchase from this seller and i was expecting a service similar to others on eBay. However it took a long time to be despatched and to reach me. The original order was placed on 6 June. It was not despatched until 11 June and finally it arrived 14 June.     Very reasonable price for an impressive hardcover volume, in new condition, which is getting fairly scarce. Packaged very securely, posted quickly and arrived in perfect condition.     A subtle reminder of why we should be mindful.

    As reading through this charming little book, I was reminded of all of the things I neglect to do on a daily basis when other things in life get in the way. I however, paused to read this charming little book and realised i have the time really ! i have just forgotten how to use it well. A lot of the things in the book I have actually incorporated into my life at sometime or another, like I say, this little book has just reminded me.

    A quick guide to a lifelong process

    This is a super quick read (a few hours) the ideas are simple but to do it properly is a life long lesson in being mindful and grateful and sustainable. 2 simple ideas: clean in the morning and tidy in the evening are linked to ides about calmness and enlightenment. Even my teenagers "got" some of it!
