      Magic Moments.

      A great book,evocative of the times for alot of people.Although I certainly didn't have to suffer a tin bath there were still many who did & the photos brought back many memories.The children of today need to see this in the vain hope it will make them appreciate just how much they have compared to their grandparents.

      Memories of a different world.

      This book brought back a lot of happy memories, that I had forgotten about, When life was simple, where as a child leave deep happy times, although we didn't have a lot of material things, there was love, happiness and enjoyment, and most of all respect and appreciation off a different world.

      Nostalgia in Layman's terms

      This has other decades in the series albeit 60s,70s and this 50s is equally impressive. Informative and easy reading very enjoyable worth the money.

      Shouldn't be altered.

      This series should be compulsory reading for youngsters of today. Especially teenagers. They might not take life for granted if they read this. These eras should not be forgotten. They are history and instructive as well as entertaining. Thank you.
