1. PAYMENT
 
1.1 PayPal from worldwide buyers, subject to below requirements;
1.2 Item will be despatched on successful realisation of funds into our PayPal account only
1.3 Item will be despatched to PayPal account registered address only
1.4 We do not offer collection in person
1.5 We do not ship to Cuba, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Somalia, Ghana, Rwanda, Congo, Zimbabwe, Uzbekistan & Nigeria.
1.6 We prefer the buyer to have minimum of 5 Positive Feedbacks.
1.7 If you can not meet the above criteria, please contact us first and get the approval before you go ahead with the purchase. Failure to comply with the above, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
 
2. SHIPPING
 
2.1 All items will be dispatched Monday to Friday from our UK based warehouse (Excluding Pre-Order Products).
2.2 All orders received before 6am (GMT) from Monday to Friday, will usually be despatched on the same day.
2.3 Within UK, orders up to £50.00 will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
2.4 Within UK, orders worth over £50.01 will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery
2.5 Overseas / International buyer’s all orders up to £99.99 will be despatched via Royal Mail International Sing For delivery method.
2.6 Overseas / International buyer’s all orders over GBP £100 / USD $ 150 / AUD $ 190 / EUR 120, will be despatched via FedEx or Similar Courier Service.
2.7 Import / Customs Duty : The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the UK & European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. 4. RETURN POLICY
 
4.1 If you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it to us for a refund.
4.2 All returns must be pre authorised and please contact us immediately via ebay contact option with the reason for your return.
4.3 All return requests must be initiated to us within 14 days, from the day you receive delivery of the item(s).
4.4 Sealed and Unused Items – Full Refund excluding Shipping & Return Shipping Cost to be deducted.
4.5 Unsealed / Used / Tested Items – Partial Refund + Shipping & Return Shipping Cost to be deducted.
4.6 Please note that all returned box(es) unsealed/opened/used/tested goods are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee
4.7 All items must be return in their original packaging, with all contents and in a resealable condition.
4.8 Return by post (UK and International Customers)
All returns must be sent to:
Returns Dept, KICKmobiles Ltd, 64 Kenway Road, Kensington, London, SW5 0RD. United Kingdom.
Note: All customer returns must be accompanied by an appropriate courier with online tracking and to obtained signature on delivery.
4.9 All customers are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s)' deliver along with the confirmation note or slip provided by the relevant mail or courier service with tracking number on it, until we confirm the safe receipt of your return item(s).
4.10 Customers are required to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held accountable for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
4.11 Soon after our ‘Returns Dept’ has received your returned item(s)' package, the necessary actions will be initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five working days.
4.12 Your refund will be made on the same mode of payment you used to make the payment at the initial purchase & no alternative methods are allowed.
 
5. FEEDBACKS
 
5.1 Positive feedback will be allocated for all buyers who successfully complete the sale. We expect the similar feedback and detailed seller ratings from you as our valuable customers who will continue to develop our goodwill in the market.

    Nice but for me on ATT service so spottu it can't be relied on!

    Battery life is just okay but there are stronger ones avaliliable that come with a hunchback lid and ruin the phones looks. Bad thing is it gets horribly spotty service with an ATT sim cars so it is renedered useless if you need to depend on it. Otherwise its lovely but unless this service is better, I don't use it. ATT says I need to buy an ATT marked phone, which noone here ever mentioned. Phone is gorgeous but also has too many submenus and some of the insides are the same as cheaper smart phones so it's best to buy Blackberry or iPhone, HTC too!

    Awesome

    The product is easy to use .Very thin phone because I hate very big and bulky phones.Together with the Prada name and quality which everybody knows it makes a very beautiful phone. It has a ood camera to take photos and all other applications in one phone so you do not have to use multiple appliances to do your job!!!!!!It is my friend in all my activities.The battery life is ok and the storage capacity. I have stored multiple applications in the phone and sim card with no problem.

    hey. this is the most nice smart i see ever. its very nice and fun . it is not like any other . very good camera , fantastic colours and fast touch 4.3 screen . long time i search smart phone for me and finnaly i choose this smart . i thing its very good and nice with the top technology. i mean 8 megapixel camera, full hd video ,4.3 touch screen and many more

    The best one and only.

    The best smart phone in the world. First class quality. I will keep it forever that's why I bought the extended warranty. Easy to use, fast, never give me any problem at all. I put ghost armor to protect the screen. The absolutely best looking smart phone in my opinion.
