It's too soon to rate any book when it's just arrived, so all books get 3 stars. This is another BS maneuver by eBay. I don't do numerical ratings in cases where any numerical ratings are automatically imposed by eBay, as it's unfair to the buyer. You should complain to eBay, as your ratings would have been quite high.
