    Close, but not a bullseye

    The mug itself is an excellent piece, although it arrived with a couple small dents in it. For the price, it’s not worth returning so the dents aren’t fatal. The lid has a couple design flaws, though. It has a rubber O-ring that doesn’t come off easily and so will provide a breeding place for germs. It also is a two-piece construction that you twist to open the drinking port, so the joint area between the two pieces also provide another breeding place for germs. If the lid didn’t have these two design flaws, this would be a five-star item. As it is, I’m giving it three stars and only because the mug itself is good. The lid is a poor piece of work.

    Something that actually works!

    I love this cup. I plug it in, in my car and it keeps my coffee HOT! Just like it comes out of the coffee machine! I love it. I also tried unplugging it (my coffee got to luke warm) and when I plugged it back my coffee was toasty hot in no time at all.

    One complaint

    The main reason I like this coffee cup is due to the stainless steel inside. Most have a plastic inside. I don't like plastic leaching into my coffee every day. The one complaint I have is immediately the little rubber piece on the bottom started peeling off. It is half on half off now.

    S.H. Not a bad looking coffee mug.

    Its Ok Coffee mug, you have to really fight it to open it if you have carpal tunnel , seals well though , also you really have to wash it with tooth brush inside the plastic open close section otherwise not a bad looking coffee mug.

    Does the job.

    Lightweight double-walled stainless steel container insulates hot drinks adequately and top has convenient sliding spill-proof spout. Top just pops on, not twist top but holds well and is easy to clean.
