A think compact good phone from Nokia. Battery still has life for more than 2 days standby. I only use mobile phone for short conversations and basic texts so I cannot say about battery life on heavy usage. Fits in any pocket and you forget it is there. Considering that this model was released in October 2007, I can definitely say that this phone is "not too shabby" :))

I bought the 6500 classic because I had one before, the phone is sleek, slim and easy to use. I received the product boxed with all the accessories complete, however the charger was faulty as it wasn't working and I have had to use my blackberry charger to charge the phone since I received it. In my own opinion, I think the phone is a good value for money judging by the memory, ease of use and portability.
This has been my favourite mobile phone and when I lost it on a bus and it was never recovered I was heartbroken. But finding an exact replacement on ebay was excellent! It is a sleek, simple and reliable phone which does as much as you require and actually takes good pictures for a simple phone that is not a 'smart phone'. It is also slim and stylish and I hope that Nokia will bring it back.
used to have this phone on an orange contract at the end i had it unlocked and used it abroad however dropped in water so i bouight another one i have a 6700 on my present contract about to expire what do i have next Both great phones and Nokia is tops for me ive had Nokia for 12 years never a problem says a lot to me abOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT COMPARISONS cant really make any valid judgement but most blackberry owners i klnow wish they had never bothered and yearn to gop back to a good basic phone 6500/6700 Nokia
