Purchased as an upgrade to my now ex-processor in my AM3+ gaming rig. I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my PC's overall performance (especially as my former processor only had two cores whereas this has eight.) Despite FX series of CPUs showing the age on benchmarks those days compering to never generation of CPUs like Rysen, with Good graphics card you can play the newest games on max details with average 40 fps, and again I confirm yes, the newest games on max so yeah you will be happy 😀
