  In all my years of buying products on eBay, this is the most honest and truthful seller I have had the pleasure to work with. Product was not as advertised, and so the shipper called me to give me accurate intel on the product. They said it was not as advertised, and not up to their standards. Apologized and gave me an immediate refund. Left me feeling so appreciative that I cant wait until the next time I need tires.

  Wrong item sent, buyer doesn't want to pay for shipping it back even though his cost would be $30 and mine $100 (which defeats the purpose of a return). Not recommended at all - they made a mistake that was hard to notice (which is how the seller sent the wrong item and I didn't see it was wrong until weeks later) and don't want to correct it even though the item is untouched and still has the original shipping label on it. On top of that, poor communication and plays the system.

  Customer called 2 months after purchase and stated that they bought wrong tire and did not notice until now. We gave refund on return no questions asked even at that stage. Ebay also made customer do same after getting tilted. After inspection you doid not have the wrong tire from listing. That said we stiull feel bad for whatever happened on that end, I can assure you it was not us. Your first communications after 2 months even stated the same.
