The third and final chapter in Ezio Auditore's journey from a Florentine noble to a grand master assassin focuses on a quest to locate five ancient seals that are keys to the clandestine brotherhood's future. Ezio must seek out clues in 16th century Masyaf, Cappadocia, and Constantinople, treading the same ground his predecessor Altaïr covered hundreds of years before. As an older, wiser Ezio, you must master new techniques and technology to ensure your survival against overwhelming odds.<br><br>Once again players will use a combination of climbing, stealth, and acrobatics to seek out and eliminate key targets of the Templar order. Ezio is now equipped with a hookblade that can be used for sliding across ropes, scaling buildings, or attacking enemies. Ezio can also craft a variety of bombs and make use of a heightened "eagle sense," allowing him to see targets even while enshrouded in smoke. Ezio is not alone in his journey; he'll encounter multiple allies and fellow assassins who will provide assistance when needed.<br><br>The original game's protagonist, Altaïr, will also be playable in flashback sequences, bridging the stories of the two assassins for the first time in the series. Assassin's Creed: Revelations also builds upon the multiplayer component introduced in 2010's Brotherhood, offering new game modes, maps, and characters. No matter which mode you choose, you'll earn experience points to gradually increase in rank, unlocking new gadgets and techniques to use while battling rivals from around the world.

Not a "must have", but, still decent fun.
Can't say it's a "must play", or that I'll be playing it a second time around. But, it's worth the investment if you don't want any story gaps and/or need an Ezio fix. The game continues the story of Desmond, as well as finishes those of Ezio and Altair. Though their stories do still feel a little incomplete at the end. Plus, the game's plot feels a little forced. Like they didn't really want to make it, but had to. There are a few added tools/gimmicks, like bomb crafting, the "hook-blade", and the whole "tower defense" sub-game. Which, are all pretty neat. But, don't really add much to the game itself and feel a little TOO gimmicky at times. Still neat though. Overall, the game play feels just like every other Assassin's Creed prior. Other than that, you'll feel at home. The visuals are quite impressive, as always. Definitely plenty to look at as you're running through town. Side quests and unlocks are still present. Though rebuilding the town and training assassins isn't quite as pleasing as in Brotherhood. It did feel a bit short. But, being an "episode" style game, that's not a huge surprise. Never bothered with the multiplayer stuff. I mostly just played it for the story and cause I like the franchise. So, I can't really comment on that. But, yeah. Pick it up if you've got some spare time.

a great game- you will not be disappointed
This is an awesome and beautiful game. If you enjoyed the any of the previous games, you'll love this game. It's more of the same but different and a little refined. I've got a dual core pc with a GTX 550TI and it runs smooth and looks great. A living breathing city with day and night cycles and you are not always the hunter...

Fantastic game that has challenging objectives and fun assassinations! Great price and I will buy the 3rd game to assassin's creed if they keep it around 20 bucks.

Awesome Game!!
I bought it because I wanted to continue playing this saga. The game is excellent graphics and the story. I have no words this product is the best of its class.
