    Attachment of cloth lets it down

    Overall this is a very good machine, easy to set up and use, lightweight and cleans very well. Downside is the the velcro that attaches the mop to the steam head is inadequate, it pulls off during use, even with the carpet glide fitted. The glide is too big to hold the head cover, and does not fit tightly enough around the steamer head. Perhaps a larger cover or a better way of attaching the cover would be beneficial.

    Voucher 20 in 1

    I wanted to replace my 10 in 1 as it broke but couldn't find it anywhere on internet so opted for this 20in 1 steamer it is ok but mine what broke was better in price and mine was better for cleaning tiles carpets windows and micro fiber cloth on mine did not shrink or come off with the glider . as this doesn't collect the water it runs down your wall the water is meant to stay in for 15 mins ??? This machine spurts water which every minute I have to fill ? which is a ball ache causes more work I have noticed the reason why some people who commented on here that the glider comes off I noticed that soon as you put your new cloth on glider stays put and works wonders but soon as you rinse it put it back on the cloth shrinks half inch which is why the glider comes off and the cloth ...

    Does the job

    Received this and used it the same day. Its easy to assemble and easy to use too. The steam is hot more or less straight away. It cleaned my living room and dining room very well with only one pad. Only draw back is the handle seems a little delicate.

    Ok for the money

    Cord not very long - had to use an extension , easy enough to use. Handle quite short and feels a bit flimsy , not as powerful as previous steam mop. Ok to put on for a while tho.

    Good Steam Mop

    I bought this steam mop in May and have only just used it today (19th June). I like the adjustable handle as i am quite tall so the longer length option suits me. Also the swivel head is good. Down side is the mop head doesn't stay in place when using the mop.
