Tough !
I was looking for something to get my abs in shape, used Billy's Taebo for the whole body and my abs really started looking good. Like a lot of variety so didnt use that video everyday so didnt get that ab workout every day. With this one for abs only you can use it every day and it is pretty tough. I have been doing ab exercises for 11 years and had a hard time finding one that was challenging. Some of these exercised I can breeze thru and others are very hard to do. I think I will definetly get results. I like this DVD because it has standing abs which widdle your wastline and floor abs that build strength. It is about a 30 minute program. I usually do the stand up abs one day and the floor abs the next day and alternate to keep it interesting. I would recommend this video but will have ... Don't be a silly Billy...
I bought this after getting too many comments about the shape of my gut! As an ex-body builder, who used to have a six-pack to die for, I was desperate to get rid of the round beer barrel that had grown in recent years. Exercise lost its appeal and I spend most of my time behind a desk, in the car and on the internet doing business, so the pounds were piling on quick. Having decided to take affirmative action, but not wishing to pay excessive gym fees (like, what's up with gym's these days, charging ridiculous amounts of cash to work out?), I opted for this CD. Having heard nothing but good revues, I decided to give it a go! And I'm glad I did! The workouts are intense and I found it difficult at first to get back into exercising regularly, but soon found my swing again! The good thing ... I sincerely recommend these workouts to anyone with little time on their hands, and those that want a no Bull**** approach to exercising! You definitely need a 'Get it done' attitude with these exercises, otherwise, what's the point? These DVD's are ALWAYS in high-demand, so after you've done with them, or if they're not for you, you can easily sell them on! But I doubt you'll want to!

WoW!!!!!
I bought this DVD a few days ago and I was a little hesitant about trying it. I have never used on One Billy's Dvd's before and everyone always told me how hard it was. I just finished the Ab Bootcamp and boy do I feel completely different. I mean I have tried plenty of ab workout DVD's and this one was the most challenging ever. I can actually feel the burn in Billy's Workouts and it make me feel great. I have 2 kids and Im trying to slim down a little. I have no doubt in my mind that Billy's Ab Bootcamp will help me achieve my weight goals. Love to add at the end of my tae bo workouts
After I do my Tae Bo dvd for the day, I throw in this for extra ab work. It's fantastic especially after doing a 45 min. workout. I really feel my abs tightening and getting stronger. I am amazed at how little I was able to do 4 months ago compared to now. My family can't believe how flat my stomach is after having 2 kids! It's a great feeling. I'm also starting to get a 6 pk for the first time ever in my life and I'm 37 yrs old! I just have to laugh and thank Billy!!!After I do my Tae Bo dvd for the day, I throw in this for extra ab work. Billy Blanks Ab Bootcamp (2005)
Ab Bootcamp is not easy but it is a great workout! Both the standing routines and the floor routines can be felt from the very first viewing. I have been doing Tae Bo 6 days a week for over 6 months now and I would say that this DVD challenges all levels of T.B. enthusiasts! I prefer these earlier Bootcamp DVD's over the Elite series. Definitely a good buy!
