1.Ordering
AIM Tools makes every effort to provide full and accurate information on its listings of all goods offered for sale. The information is the same as that given to us by the manufacturer.

On receipt of payment, AIM Tools will automatically send you a VAT invoice by e-mail.
 
2.Shipping Cost
For most items, the shipping cost is indicated on the listing. However, for some locations, and for certain type of items (such as heavy/bulky items), we reserve the right to request an additional shipping surcharge.
Notably, any orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Norway, Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands and French Overseas Territories, are subject to an additional surcharge.

4.Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on an immediate payment basis. Your payment is due to us before we dispatch your goods and we accept Paypal and most credit/debit cards.
 
5.Delivery
Postage listed in Ebay maybe limited to specific geographic location within UK,Europe etc. For example, we may not able to deliver certain products to remoted areas in UK like Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland unless extra postage is paid. Countries like Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Iceland etc will also need extra charges . You will be contacted by our customer service team if you need to pay extra postage to deliver the products or refund the order.
Our standard delivery is handled by national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within estimated time listed in Ebay.
We will do all that we can to meet the date given for delivery. Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
 
6.Availability
We aim to keep sufficient stock levels on hand. However, at times of unexpected high demand we may unfortunately run out of particular items. You will be contacted for cancellation and full refund or delay dispatch according to your preference.
 
 
8.Order Change Or Cancellation
We are able to change, cancel and refund your order before processing upon email request only. Notes on order will not be accepted.
However, these requests will not be successful once your order is processed by our team even your order status show as undispatched. You can follow our return process through eBay if you wish to return the goods for full refund. Return postage will be on your account.
 
9. 30 Days Refund
We will refund or offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the returning products are properly packed, so it will not be damaged in the transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning the products.
 
10. 12 Month Guarantee
Within 12 month period of placing the order, you may return the item to us for repair or replacement. If upon inspection it is determined the fault is due to misuse or wear and tear, this will not be covered by the guarantee, and you will be liable to repair cost or replacement parts, as well as shipping costs

    Overall not a bad buy.

    As a low cost drill it is quite versatile. The hammer action was surprising good. I haven't used it extensively enough to yet run down a battery. Others have criticised the problems of taking out the batteries for charging. They are near impossible to take out. Its evident that they are a tight fit. A touch of grease improved the situation, but not fully so. Shame you can't recharge the batteries in situ. I bought this model on price and functionality but also because at present spare batteries are available via eBay. Soon after taking delivery I say Lidl had a similar offering, albeit the batteries had to be bought separately. No sure it had the hammer drill capability. But then t does have a 3 year warranty. In hindsight I may have gone for that. One issue is that there appear to be no ...

    Well drilled

    Robust, well made effective action, compact and comfortable to use, only difficulty in removing the batteries from drill, tighter fit than other brands, quick and easy to recharge, good for DIY use, very good.

    Excellent tool for DIY folks.

    OK, this not a tool a professional tradesman would purchase. Is is excellent for an amateur DIY user. It does exactly what it say on the tin. There is only two downsides, the battery is very stiff to remove for charging and charging takes 2hrs or so. That being said you have two batteries, so not really a problem. Personally, I'm very happy with the tool and the price is excellent value.

    Excellent

    This was exactly what i wanted. You can tell it is good quality as soon as you pick it up. Does the job and two batteries are a bonus. Really good value when compared to similar products on high street DIY stores. Really handy for those jobs where a drill is too big and a screwdriver is too small.
