1.Ordering
AIM Tools makes every effort to provide full and accurate information on its listings of all goods offered for sale. The information is the same as that given to us by the manufacturer.

On receipt of payment, AIM Tools will automatically send you a VAT invoice by e-mail.
 
2.Shipping Cost
For most items, the shipping cost is indicated on the listing. However, for some locations, and for certain type of items (such as heavy/bulky items), we reserve the right to request an additional shipping surcharge.
Notably, any orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Norway, Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands and French Overseas Territories, are subject to an additional surcharge.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Items sent to the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands are also subject to an additional surcharge for items over 20kg.

3.VAT
Prices quoted are Inclusive of VAT.
If you are a European business, we are unable to deduct the VAT even if you are a VAT registered company.
 
4.Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on an immediate payment basis. Your payment is due to us before we dispatch your goods and we accept Paypal and most credit/debit cards.
 
5.Delivery
Postage listed in Ebay maybe limited to specific geographic location within UK,Europe etc. For example, we may not able to deliver certain products to remoted areas in UK like Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland unless extra postage is paid. Countries like Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Iceland etc will also need extra charges . You will be contacted by our customer service team if you need to pay extra postage to deliver the products or refund the order.
Our standard delivery is handled by national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within estimated time listed in Ebay.
We will do all that we can to meet the date given for delivery. Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
 
6.Availability
We aim to keep sufficient stock levels on hand. However, at times of unexpected high demand we may unfortunately run out of particular items. You will be contacted for cancellation and full refund or delay dispatch according to your preference.
 
 
8.Order Change Or Cancellation
We are able to change, cancel and refund your order before processing upon email request only. Notes on order will not be accepted.
However, these requests will not be successful once your order is processed by our team even your order status show as undispatched. You can follow our return process through eBay if you wish to return the goods for full refund. Return postage will be on your account.
 
9. 30 Days Refund
We will refund or offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the returning products are properly packed, so it will not be damaged in the transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning the products.
 
10. 12 Month Guarantee
Within 12 month period of placing the order, you may return the item to us for repair or replacement. If upon inspection it is determined the fault is due to misuse or wear and tear, this will not be covered by the guarantee, and you will be liable to repair cost or replacement parts, as well as shipping costs

    Katsu dual action

    It certainly makes the job easier to apply but you still have to buff off by hand. But on first use I found lead to be way too short to do the job easy enough. Polish dried instantly making it hard to buff off even on one panel a time. Have to do half a panel a time polish flicks if not careful even dabbing it out. I find not able to get as close to trims as I would like. Will still have to do some by hand but on a whole takes the physical work out of it. But wouldn't say it makes it any easier but would say it achieved a better result than by hand. Practice needed

    Worth the money great tool

    I bought after reading reviews about it, like some people I just wanted something that was cheaper and robust that would do the same job as an expensive one, I don’t to this as job it was to gave my truck a once over, and was cheaper than taking it to a professional polisher, does a great job, I looked at videos on youtube and went and had a go. Looks great after one pass on compound polish, now going to polish and wax it, would recommend it even to a professional

    Excellent piece of kit - No need to spend a fortune

    I work in the trade and can tell you this is an excellent DA polisher . Very solid build quality and comes with a spare set of replacement motor brushes. 3 meter lead means your not dragging the plug over your car creating more damage. Soft start and 8mm throw , good speed control. If your starting out and looking to correct some marring and swirl marks in your paint my advice would be to get this machine , some meguire's ultimate compound and some hexlogic foam pads - The unit comes supplied with a 6" (150mm) DA Sanding Pad which is ideal for larger panels. Add to your shopping list a 4" (100mm) DA Sanding Pad - ( M8 5/16"×24 threaded ) and get some 100mm foam pads for doing smaller panels (and headlight lenses if they need correction).

    Car Polisher

    Does the job well. The alternative Maguire polisher is over £200. Can't see what that does that this doesn't.... it's probably a lot heavier. This light and manageable and great value for money.... and my newly painted car wing & door is now looking nice and shiny again *****

    What an amazing polisher

    Have not tried it out yet on my own car but wow. So impressed with the build of this machine. Don’t let the low price put you off, just as good as any other expensive polisher on the market. Good that it comes with spanner’s and extra bits and bobs. Well impressed 🙏
