In general it seems ok. Some comments. Against:The menus seem to be not too easy to use. Battery lasts very little when talking. Exchange of batteries frequenty and can sometimes be everyday. Thats the reason why it comes with two batteries. Interface of cell programs with SD card seems not direct or has problems. Pros: Price very nice. Two batteries. I found beaty, and externally the quality of box seems high. Small, light.
I bought the CECT KA08 one month ago and was at first impressed by the small size-it looks like a mini iPhone. However, my fascination soon ended when I started using it. The reception was not bad, but the interface was horrible, specifically b/c it is so small. It comes with a mini stylus, which you will HAVE to use when texting. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU WANT TO TEXT! It is absoutely HORRIBLE. Picture entry keys the size of a pinhead, and just imagine how difficult it is to text without the stylus. I used the backspace button the most, but b/c it's on the far-right side of the screen, I often times ended up selecting the adjacent key instead (how ironic!) It has no features that I need in a phone except maybe to answer and dial calls. But even navigating the address book is a chore that takes way too long. DURABILITY: Horrible! The screen broke after 3 days because I walked into a door with it in my pocket, and the side of the screen got cracked. At that point, I could only accept of reject phone calls-nothing else. The seller was happy to replace it (I upgraded to the I9+ instead for an additional $30, but even that is pretty bad). The KA08 size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 6 hours. Overall, I would NOT recommed this phone. It's good in novelty, but its applications are bordering on unbearable.Vollständige Rezension lesen
The phone arrived from Hong Kong via USPS faster than expected. The phone is everything as described. Do not think you are getting an I-Phone, you're not. The instructions you would expect were the worst I've encountered. Went to the internet to find better with little luck. Trying to set up speed dial is impossible (for me). The phone comes with two batteries because it drains batteries quickly. The charging cord is extremely short. The phone has good sound and I've only dropped one call that I will blame on T-Mobile. As long as it lasts me until November I can live with it.
After my iPhone 3GS went to the great dock in the sky, I needed an interim phone until the next iPhone releases. Went with this because I'd always loved Sony Ericsson "dumbphones", and the Rachel ui is the best "stock" android interface I've ever used. (Do yourself a favor, root your phone, and try Cyanogen.) The tiny size of this thing was shocking though. In the words of a friend: "This thing is BANANAS!" Office mates were wondering, as was I, how on earth a keyboard would work on something so small. Turns out it's just a touch-screen T9/multitap interface. I'd have expected something a bit more creative, hence only "average ease of use". Have to say, though, the adaptive/predictive dictionary is spectacular, which keeps it easy (-ish) enough to keep from losing another star. Beyond those points, it's a smooth running android phone. If you've used any higher-end ones, the x10 Mini is going to be familiar, just more... slick. (disclaimer: I say I'd recommend this to a friend, but only one that has already decided against an Apple product. Still nothing quite as nice as an iPhone to me, I just didn't want to burn through my AT&T upgrade this close to a new release.)Vollständige Rezension lesen
Before i start i would like to say that i am a "SONY" fanatic, i love everything made by Sony which includes sonyericsson. For the SE X10 mini, the phone is amazing it is everything you would ask for a phone to be, and from a phone to do, but unfortunately it is not 100% as you want it to be, it has an amazing 600MHz processor but unfortunately the "android OS" still glitches and pauses sometimes. for the key bored or maybe the numeric pad it is very easy to use, it is not 100% accurate but i'd give it a 95-97% accuracy which very good. The battery lasts for one using if you had the GPRS services there, and lasts for about 3 days without the GPRS services. the screen is very responsive, but to be honest it gets annoying since it keeps "editing" your menu icons because you forget to remove your finger off the screen, the phone is simply too small. Last but not least, the phone size is very nice, the only bad thing is that you might lose it in your pocket, other than that it's fine. in conclusion the phone is not perfect, but not it's bad at all it takes all the big phones applications, you wont feel the difference. i give it 4 out of 5 and i totally love it.Vollständige Rezension lesen
