Someone actually put a hole in the box and stole them. My advise to the company is to not put the description of the items on the outside of the box. Greater chance of thief. I reached out to the company right off and they shipped new blades to me. So customer service is good, which is one of the most important things. I would order from them again. Shipped quickly.

When I finally discovered a motor from Caltric on eBay. The price was great. The motor was shipped out within a day or two and arrived a day earlier then estimated. The motor was well packaged and was exactly as described. I have not ordered from eBay except once many years ago but I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. I was able to repair the gasket and use it.
