Perfect thanks! The one of the clips was a little bend off during shipping, but its not a big deal, plastic is soft and can be bend back. Just maybe pack them more well in the future. Otherwise perfect quality, original part, great price.

    Real value for money and easy to use, Better than most candy bar phones

    Bought this for myself, and later gave it to my wife after I upgraded to the 8120. The 8100 is easy to use and carries all the features one would expect from a BlackBerry. I'ts light, slim and the backlilght is particularly good. The colour screen is very good quality and even though the camera could use a few more megapixels, it stil produces good enough pics. For the price I paid for it, the 8100 has proved excellent value for moeny and if my wife can work it, anyone can!

    RIM/Blackberry Pearl 8100 Mobile Phone

    I bought this phone to replace my broken one,which although,was newer but a different make,decided on the Pearl.It is amazingly fast on the internet and so easy to scroll through the pages.It is so light and easy to hold. Making a call could not be easier,just straight into calls log,speed dial or address book and your there.Texting,takes a bit of getting used to unless you are used to the double letter keys. There is also help available on the phone. Despite the fact that i had to update the software on my phone, and still finding out the shortcuts,this is a fantastic buy.

    This was,bought as a replacement to my wifes puone as she dropped it in a cup of tea whilst texting!. Phone is easy to use, robust and reliable. Just what we needed

    More suitable choice for someone who is used to using mobile phones!

    As I bought this on behalf of a friend, I do not have any personal knowledge of the product itself. However, I understand he has found it quite satisfactory in use, despite having difficulty in learning how to operate it, due to the lack of an instruction manual.

    good product

    nothing wrong with it, bit hard to get used to the middle 'button'. Had a few scratches as can be expected from a second hand product but, generally it was a good buy.....
