If you love X-Men the animated series and the X-Men live action movies you will love this, because to me it is like the two combined together. Wolverine, my favorite X-Men member, is also the main character in the show and the leader as you could probably guess from the show title. I like that they portray him as having a rough exterior at times but showing he's got a heart of gold. One of my favorite depictions of the X-men.

I dont have cable or regular tv in my room. I usually buy seasons of tv shows on dvd to watch at night before bed. Im a huge X-MEN fan but was disappointed in X-MEN Evolutions. I decided to give Wolverine and the X-MEN a chance. A first I thought It was just a slapped together animated series to get kids excited about the Wolverine movie. After 5 episodes in I was surprised. They did the X-MEN the way I always hoped. Theres some cool Weapon X story lines, Mr Sinister and Angel, Emma Frost etc. I was also delighted to see some old characters like Mojo and my favorite NightCrawler. I dont want to give anything a way but the toward the end of the season things get very good. I called out of work the next day cause I was up trying to watch the whole thing. One frustrating thing for me was the fact Wolverine didnt get a chance to slice people enough. Its a minor gripe cause Im an older fan, and I know this was for kids. But you do get to see Wolverine battle some Sentinals. If your an X-men fan, or wanted to re ignite your excitment for the X-men give this a shot./ 26 episodes is a lot and well worth the $25 I spent. If you haven’t seen it yet it’s time to get it. Best story of the animated X-men series. Wolverine is in his proper place as a very reluctant leader of the X-men. Even if your a comic book nerd like me you’ll enjoy this series.

I've seen a few episodes in the past and I was hooked. The animation is great and the story is engaging. And seeing so many characters from the X-Universe is wonderful. I am so happy to have this series.

All was great until it started skipping on the 3rd disc, but only for like the 1st 2 episodes of that disc. Being that it's used, it's definitely still okay. Only cost $10. Couldn't resist that deal. ;)
