Having shopped with CE for years i went back for my new phone. Ordered a B&C so I could have which was better as had only ever had A grade before. Wasn’t happy with what arrived - contacted them for a swap and dealt solely with Anita who went above and beyond to sort the issues with regular updates. I order all my families phones through them and won’t go anywhere else. With how they’ve handled this I’ll return as normal!
