Payments
 
Ebay manages all payments on their site it is the safest, quickest and securest way to make your payment to us on Ebay.
 
Shipping
 
The Shipping of your item will depend on a number of different factors: - Your location. If you are in an outer area postcode delivery timescales can be different this is the same across all couriers. - The Service you select. If you select an express service then it will be sent on an express service. If you select standard it will be sent standard. - The time your order is placed.
 
We dispatch orders on working days only excluding weekends and public holidays.
 
Example Order placed Monday (excluding public & bank holidays) at 11am. Dispatched that day and sent on the service the customer selected. Order placed Monday (excluding public & bank holidays) at 6pm. Dispatched the next working day and sent on the service the customer selected. When you offer to buy a product from us we reserve the right to refuse the order if it is not to an area or location we can deliver to. Delivery estimates given by eBay are not guaranteed, refunds cannot be given for late deliveries due to courier delays. We can accept no liability whatsoever for any claim due to late delivery.
 
Returns
 
If you wish to return an item for any reason please contact us via the eBay messaging system or returns centre. If you return an item please make sure we have been notified prior to returning it as this can result in delays processing any refund/replacement. When returning an item please make sure you include all details of your eBay username the sales record number and the reason for return. We would recommend sending all returns using a tracked service. This enables us to locate your parcel and process your refund quickly. All items that are unwanted are returned at the buyer's cost and this is not refunded. We offer 60 day returns on unwanted goods unless otherwise stated as per the terms above.     Helps mature a new filter.

    For a new Koi pond double up the quantity but it helps to mature the filter. UV was on so hard to comment on green water as I never had any, over 4 months filter bacteria built up and water quality is good .
