When placing an order with AIM Tools, it will be bound by the the following terms and conditions:
 
1.Ordering
AIM Tools makes every effort to provide full and accurate information on its listings of all goods offered for sale. The information is the same as that given to us by the manufacturer.

On receipt of payment, AIM Tools will automatically send you a VAT invoice by e-mail.
 
2.Shipping Cost
For most items, the shipping cost is indicated on the listing. However, for some locations, and for certain type of items (such as heavy/bulky items), we reserve the right to request an additional shipping surcharge.
Notably, any orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Norway, Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands and French Overseas Territories, are subject to an additional surcharge.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Items sent to the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands are also subject to an additional surcharge for items over 20kg.

3.VAT
Prices quoted are Inclusive of VAT.
If you are a European business, we are unable to deduct the VAT even if you are a VAT registered company.
 
4.Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on an immediate payment basis. Your payment is due to us before we dispatch your goods and we accept Paypal and most credit/debit cards.
 
5.Delivery
Postage listed in Ebay maybe limited to specific geographic location within UK,Europe etc. For example, we may not able to deliver certain products to remoted areas in UK like Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland unless extra postage is paid. Countries like Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Iceland etc will also need extra charges . You will be contacted by our customer service team if you need to pay extra postage to deliver the products or refund the order.
Our standard delivery is handled by national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within estimated time listed in Ebay.
We will do all that we can to meet the date given for delivery. Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
 
6.Availability
We aim to keep sufficient stock levels on hand. However, at times of unexpected high demand we may unfortunately run out of particular items. You will be contacted for cancellation and full refund or delay dispatch according to your preference.
 
 
8.Order Change Or Cancellation
We are able to change, cancel and refund your order before processing upon email request only. Notes on order will not be accepted.
However, these requests will not be successful once your order is processed by our team even your order status show as undispatched. You can follow our return process through eBay if you wish to return the goods for full refund. Return postage will be on your account.
 
9. 30 Days Refund
We will refund or offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the returning products are properly packed, so it will not be damaged in the transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning the products.
 
10. 12 Month Guarantee
Within 12 month period of placing the order, you may return the item to us for repair or replacement. If upon inspection it is determined the fault is due to misuse or wear and tear, this will not be covered by the guarantee, and you will be liable to repair cost or replacement parts, as well as shipping costs

    Low price not low quality.

    Looked at a few of these at wildly varying prices for the same item.Brackets are stainless and do come with 4 white cups for the microwave feet to sit in,i think the pictures only showed 2. The screws and raw plugs supplied are not the best I would recommend using larger raw plugs and screws as I did,you will also need 4 washers for the screws as the holes in the bracket are way to big ,4 washers cost me cost 40p at local hardware store. If you are not screwing into a brick wall and mounting on a plasterboard wall you will need to buy a set of suitable plugs and screws specially for plasterboard £1.99 at my local hardware store for 5 in a pack. This would all be the same whether you pay £12.99 Or £6.99 for these brackets ,as I said there are many advertised all the same apart from the ...

    Terrible

    Bought this to get a microwave from taking up valuable space on the worktop - It stated it could take 38kg but the microwave we have only weights 9 and the leg struggles to take the weight - If I could put photos up you’d see what I mean. As with most microwaves they have the weight on one side which make this product useless.

    Value For Money

    Well made basic brackets that do exactly what they're made for...no instructions but simple enough to install. Microwave looks safe enough and has now freed up some workspace

    motorhome bed base installation. less hasle

    I got these for a motorhome i am building, they were perfect for holding hinged bed base, and stored away flush to bulkheads, bought 3 pr and easest installation ive done, also great for what i use them for.

    excellent value for money

    At the price I expected a very poor quality but was surprised at how robust and well made the brackets are. I added an extra couple of washers as the screws supplied were a bit small for the hole size but apart from that could not fault it.
