Great product, light but sturdy. Been doing sissy squats on it with heavy duty resistance bands to really target the quads. Helps to increase the leg workout intensity. Doesn't take up too much space and you can remove the bracket plate to fit under your bed. Is easy to assemble.

This squat machine is a great piece of equipment, I suffer with a bad knee, but with this machine I can do my squats with weights a lot easier & smoother.
