UK STOCK
All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently.
 
WARRANTY and RETURNS
All Returns must be conducted via the Ebay process.
 
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.
 
Please note: we will not be able to cover return postage costs that do not adhere to this process.
 
DELIVERY
At HOMESPARES, we offer FREE FAST TRACKED economy delivery for all UK orders and localities via Royal Mail 48 or Hermes Tracked 2-3 day services. We will select the carrier dependent on the weight and the dimensions of the product.
 
Please note, we run an automated system on eBay and the address details that arrive in our system from eBay are the details input at the checkout page and this is the address that we have to ship the order to. Please take care to ensure your address details are correct before placing the order as address details cannot be amended later.
 
PAYMENT
Please select your desired method of payment at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT which will be separately displayed on your invoice that arrives with your product. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us through eBay messages within 1 hour of purchase as we cannot guarantee that we can stop the shipment.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Appliance repairs must always be carried out by a suitably qualified engineer or technician. We cannot accept liability for any damage caused or injuries sustained as a result of incorrect fitting of replacement spare parts or mis-diagnosis of a fault. If you are unsure about how to repair your specific appliance, please contact us for more information and we will be happy to assist you.

    Excellent oven cleaner , pots n pans too.

    I love it , just one tip only get it on the item you want to clean . It mark worktops.

    Easy cleaning

    This is an amazing gel that takes all the hard work out of cleaning ovens - just paint it on, leave for about half an hour and then wipe off. All the baked on bits just dissolve. Fantastic and would highly recommend.
