GREAT READ for fans of many genres
This book was reccomended to me by someone on eBay (oddly enough), and liking some of the same books she liked I decided to give it a go. I LOVED IT! I've never been a fan of history and never read on any historical subject. I think I learned more history from reading this fictonal book than anywhere else, and I enjoyed the learning. (I think I may even pick up a nonfiction book on this subject.) Granted most of the book is a fictonal romance of sorts, but it IS based on actual events. The book follows Mary Boleyn, a girl whose high reaching family pushes her into view and ultimatly the bed of King Henry. *SLIGHT SPOILER (really just first 1/4th or 1/3rd of book)* Being the dutiful daughter of her times she did as she was told and ultimatly had two children by him at which point her ... I would reccomend this book to fans of history, romance, general historical fiction or the "girl rising above" variety of readers.

Brilliant!
This book is simply brilliant. It is easy to read and the reader is immediately drawn in. I could hardly put it down. Even though I knew the outcome of some of the book historically, it was still a major page turner. I loved the writing style of this author and this is a book I am proud to highly recommend. I have not talked to one person who just didn't love reading this book. I was sorry to see it end.This book is simply brilliant. It is easy to read and the reader is immediately drawn in. I could hardly put it down. Even though I knew the outcome of some of the book historically, it was still a major page turner. I loved the writing style of this author and this is a book I am proud to highly recommend. I have not talked to one person who just didn't love reading this book. I was sorry to see it end.

I bought this book to read for a book club I belong to and really didn't know what to expect, not knowing a lot about this time in history. Once I got into the story, this became a book that I absolutely couldn't put down! The author completely captured the audience with characters you both loved and hated, along with plot lines that were addicting! I would recommend it to anyone who loves a book with a vivid story of romance, historical fiction, and family ties.I bought this book to read for a book club I belong to and really didn't know what to expect, not knowing a lot about this time in history. Once I got into the story, this became a book that I absolutely couldn't put down! The author completely captured the audience with characters you both loved and hated, along with plot lines that were addicting! I would recommend it to anyone who loves a book with a vivid story of romance, historical fiction, and family ties.

Drama Scandel Doubt,keeps you at the edge of your seat!
OMG! This book has all the scandel of a soap opera!!! I really just can't put it down...and of course the book has so many details that the movie just didn't provide. I really enjoyed this book...I'd recommend without a doubt!
