    New character for Connelly

    In this fast paced detective procedural/mystery we are introduced to a new character from best-selling author Michael Connelly. Detective Renee Ballard works the night shift, "The Late Show" in the Hollywood division of LAPD. Ballard is a dedicated paddle boarder, with a rescue dog named Lola who thrives on solving crimes and flaunts authority at every turn. Connelly is a master at this type of book and readers will be delighted with Renee's adventures. A younger, female Bosch.

    The BEST Author of detective / police mysteries I have ever read.

    Michael Connelly has turned out to be the BEST author I have read in many many years. I am currently on his last published book after searching the internet and used book stores and buying and reading every book he has written. I am anxiously waiting for his new book which should be released this coming October.
