Book was in excellent condition. I was impressed for a book it's age. I love the recipes in this book that's why when mine started to fall apart I bought this copy. As far as "authentic" chinese I'd say somewhat on a few. It's more like your local chinese buffet recipes.Lemon chicken, wings, beef and broccoli, egg rolls, mu shu pork, soups, and sauces, stuff like that. Good instructions and pictures. Great for a beginner.

    Follow-Up to "Awkward Family Photos" Not as Funny But Still Worthy

    Not as funny as the preceding book "Awkward Family Photos" that actually made me LOL but I would still recommend it. Large color photos and authors witty comments are entertaining nonetheless.

    Great fun, good lesson about the posed family photo with Fido!

    The original "Awkward Family Photos" was great fun. The addition of pets, all the better. The book was a Christmas gift for my husband and enjoyed by the whole family!
