Yes I would recommend this quality product. Making your own Kefir is very easy and is much cheaper than buying it ready made from the Supermarket. I drink half a cup before each meal to line my stomach with friendly bacteria and it has improved my digestion. I did watch a couple of videos on You tube to understand how to do it. After 2 weeks my culture has doubled in size so I can share it with a friend. I first heard about it on the Archers (Radio 4) so it must be good. Thanks again. PKT

I have bought kefir from many sellers over the years due to me going through phases of needing it, and can legitimately say that these grains are some of the best that I have ever tried! I use gold top milk, leave on the counter for 2-3 days and strain out the creamy zesty goodness, adding to oats or drinking with some crushed fruit. I can also confirm that the kefir produced by these grains has a calmative therapeutic effect on the stomach. Adam certainly knows what he is doing, and I would 100% recommend this product to anyone over some of the disappointing alternatives that I have tried.

The kefir is very easy to make and has been a fantastic cure for my ongoing stomach problems since returning from Egypt 3 years ago. I now have my energy and life back. I bought this culture a few weeks ago & I’d never made kefir before so was really a bit worried about how to go about the process. I’d previously spent a fortune on the ready made product so didn’t think it would be easy to make, but I was so very wrong. Although the grains that arrived in the packet were only a small amount (was a bit worried about that too but I needn’t have been as they grew so fast), they came with basic instructions & so that gave me an initial guide on what to do - the rest of the info I found on the internet. My grains are raw for mixing with raw goats milk. I now have so many grains I‘m actually having to eat them whole just to keep my supply down. Totally recommend - if even me ‘the amateur’ can do it then anyone can. My 3yr old is also a fan (i mix hers with a ripe banana, blueberries, flaxseed, hemp oil...yum!)Vollständige Rezension lesen

I used make kefir since 10 years already. I had my first bunch from a Polish friend, and since then i never stopped to make kefir. Of course along the years i mastered the production, and recognise pro and cons. I used to freeze some of my multiplied grains to re use them at the need or give as gift to friends and family. Last year i start to use goat milk instead of the cow’s one, we like it more and is easier to be digested. But since i switched the milk i noticed something was wrong with my kefir, until they died. So sad. So i needed to replace them quickly. I was a bit uncomfortable at the first in buying this grains, but against of all, i received them very quickly, perfectly healthy and made a good kefir since the first day. That’s good! ;-)
