It's rare to find a book that is exciting and easy to use for both educators and parents. While the book is aimed at 3 to 6 year-olds, my 7 and 10 year-old children eagerly picked up the book and quickly made a list of activities they want to do together! This book can easily be modified by the educator or parent to make it a valuable learning tool for early learning and elementary aged children. After reviewing the activities and lessons in Simple STEAM, I immediately incorporated into my professional library of resources and will be using it for activities to keep my children active and learning over the summer break. Its innovative and entertaining ideas are sure to make learning fun!, As a mother, teacher, and writer/illustrator of children's books, I have a good idea of what appeals to children. They are innately curious and employ all of their five senses to learn about the world around them.
