    Missing steps

    Some of the recipes are incomplete. It list ingredients but does not tell you how to cook that item. An example of this is the recipe for Southern Red Beans & Rice Stew. It is incomplete because there are no instructions for cooking the beans, but it tells you to "smash the beans with a potato masher and then stir into the stew for 5 minutes to allow the stew to thicken". In the ingredient oust it calls for 1 lb dried red kidney beans, nowhere are there instructions how to cook. This is one example of missing instructions or ingredients.
