WARRANTY and RETURNS
All Returns must be conducted via the Ebay process.
 
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.
 
Please note: we will not be able to cover return postage costs that do not adhere to this process.

At HOMESPARES, we offer FREE FAST TRACKED economy delivery for all UK orders and localities via Royal Mail 48 or Hermes Tracked 2-3 day services. We will select the carrier dependent on the weight and the dimensions of the product.

    Useful for extending hose

    Very useful for joining two quick-fit Karcher hoses together to be able to work further away from machine. A little expensive for only the occasional use it gets, but no Karcher products are cheap and this was sold at the best price. Remember to release pressure from trigger handle first before trying to disconnect this connector otherwise it won't come apart.

    Helped convert my old pressure washer

    I have an old Karcher 411a pressure washer and this adaptor has enabled me to use the new accessories that have come out for the K4 series pressure washer, like the new 4M lance. Very good product, note you will have to get the new type quick release hose to connect the new accessories but there are plenty of good quality hoses on EBay.

    A must have

    This is a must have item if you have a karcher pressure washer with this type of hose and you want to combine it with a different wand or other attachments. I fitted this up with a swivel quick connection and a stubby gun with quick connect nozzles and foam gun. Works very well. And I can extend it with other pressure hoses with this adapter. Great item, good original quality.

    This is a good product

    changed my old system to the quick click system using one of these and its fantastically easy to set up, pack away and change hoses. Definitely worth the small price if you have the older type system

    Good solution

    Does the job perfectly and allows me to use modern quick-release Karcher hose couplings with my old Karcher 620M pressure washer.
