Addition note: Although shipping may seem high for some items, as a seller I can attest that to ship an item and get it there in one piece packing supplies can be very expensive. Bubble wrap and styrofoam popcorn can be very costly and consist of half the price of shipping. It was shipped all of the way across the country, but it was packaged so carefully that it arrived in perfect condition! And, it's glass, so that was a worry. The pot is in absolutely new condition and was even better than described. The seller was kind, easy to work with, and offered the pot at a more than reasonable price. This was a birthday gift for myself following a trip to the Corning Museum of Glass where I learned all about Pyrex.
