Great company, ordered the wrong size when i realised it was to small before they dispatched the item I requested the refund and they done it there and then and it was an instant refund so thank you.

Picture is not what you receive despite messaging and asking before purchasing and been told it was, received item bent as wrapped in small piece of cardboard before packing in a unnecessary large jiffy envelope and larger bag? Did offer return once complained but I’ve had to keep due to time/mess on sending back and reordering when it’s needed now. Disappointing from such a well known company to use generic pictures and waste time by supplying wrong information/part.
