    Faulty and missing bits

    I ordered this headset. It arrived on time which was perfect. When I came to open it the adaptor and usb cable was not in the box. When I use the headset it doesn't work. I can't hear the game and my friends can't hear me. Don't waste your money

    xboxone headset

    bought headset expecting adapter because says adapter included on box but doesn't then when I did try the head phones only the right side works and when I moved the wire the left side turns on and right side stops working so both sides of headphones don't work at same time would not recommend this item

    Part of product

    Headset works well but not the mic as the adapter that makes it work is not in the box you have to bye it separately. But a very good product..
