    I ordered 3 cases but only 2 were delivered. That said, I think that they sent me what they had. This item is prone to breaking in shipping, but this seller carefully packaged both items and they arrived intact! Hurrah! I had no problem obtaining a refund from the seller for the missing item in the order. If I need more cases, I will order from this seller again. Thank you very much! :-)

    Ordered 2 sets of 6. Received 1 set of 6. Seller refunded for a full set quickly. Seems like this seller shorts a lot of buyers purchases. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Not sure this sell understands that customer service is best when it is the "BEST. " I really wanted the number of items I purchased and not a refund. I was not given a choice. Won't be back.

    Item arrived just as described new and wrapped inbox. Pleased. However box was shipped in a shipping envelope and arrived bent and dented. Should have been shipped in a larger box, no complaints however , free shipping was much appreciated.

    great set of training collars

    High quality dog training collars recommended by my breeder. Fully charged out of the box, nice travel case and easy to read instruction manual.

    Great Collar....BUT

    The collars are one of the best...BUT they get you coming and going.. The battery lasts about 1 year, so I called Dogtra to see if they can help me...the collar is 2 months out of warranty and said they can replace the batteries for me at $25 per battery (I have 2 collars) plus S&H...but if I replace it on my own they Void the warranty on the collary which is 5 years... So I asked how much it would cost for them to replace the battery for me and she said $45 and up...I said for a battery? Per battery plus labor...So to replace the 2 batteries it was going to cost me approx $90 plus s&h...so not only are they one of the highest costing training collars, they rape you to replace a battery every year... I will never do business with this company again.. I will have to buy another training ...

    You can't beat this system. Lightweight small remote for easier locations to pack it.

    Outstanding product. User friendly with all the useful features needed.

    What I was hoping for

    Very intuitive and easy to use. Collars and controller charge up quickly and batteries last throughout a day of hunting. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of this system in the field

    You get what you pay for.

    After trying cheaper collars over the past couple of years that were borderline useless I saved up enough to get these. I have two full grown black labs and the range is great it is better to get one of these sets then go through four $90 sets.
