Took a month to ship, but arrived shortly thereafter. They also sent me an SD card in the tracked package along with a note saying the actal thing I ordered would be arriving later in a separate, untracked package. Unusual experience, but they have stuff that's really hard to find at decent prices. My item works so I'm happy.

tomtom 920 and 920t
one of the easiest gps to use. easier to use than the newer model gps today. prloaded maps of europe and north america. better screen color options than the new models. tomtom should never have stopped making this model. you can still obtain good units on ebay. alot of the times the internal battery starts to not hold charge very long. You can purchase on the internet, new batteries along with instructions and any special tool needed for between 12.00 and 25.00 dollars. tomtom gps units in general are much better than the other brands out there in my experiences. they are easier to use and have more options available than the other brands. Disappointed !
I have several service vehicles and Many of them already had GO920 GPSs in them, so I wanted the reminders to have the same. In total I purchased 4 units from this vendor. The first 2 work fine. The third on you had to almost beat the scene to get it to work and the battery wasnt any good. The 4 th one just didnt work at all. So I followed the procedure to return. The one they sent me wasnt new it was used and someone had deleted the map of north america in it, so I had to go to tom tom and purchase the maps,etc. By the way just cause these are advertised as new, you have no factor warranty or support, tom tom made that clear in a conversation. When I appeal to vendor to replace the last one due to being used and no maps, therefore it didnt work, ebay sent a ruling in favor of the vendor. ... Best bang for the buck in a GPS that I have found to date.
Great. This is my second GO 920 and my favorite GPS I've ever used, I've had five different brands. Bluetooth works great, Features can't be beat. The remote control really comes in handy. I velcro mine to the steering wheel and use it all the time on a long drive.

great product with a lot of options! there are ton of great features on the go 920 that you can mess around with and really great with exploring routes designed for walking, biking, and public transit. great to use overseas!

Great value. Purchased used from someone who loaded a new European map. Drove for five days in Catalonia (Northeastern Spain) where I neither spoke or understood the language. Used it to navigate in the car as well as on foot in medieval parts of town where the buildings are four stories and the streets are six feet wide. Surprising satellite reception for something like this. I'd buy another oneGreat value. Purchased used from someone who loaded a new European map.
