NORMATIVA SUL DIRITTO DI RECESSO E CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA: Eventuali restituzioni della merce e relativo rimborso sono regolati dalla legge italiana sulle vendite per corrispondenza. Il cliente, qualora abbia acquistato un prodotto non rispondente alle caratteristiche descritte, ha a disposizione 14 giorni di tempo, dalla data di consegna della merce, per esercitare il "diritto di recesso", ovvero la possibilità di restituire il prodotto comunicandone l'intenzione a mezzo raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno, anticipandola per email, alla sede legale di Amethyst It, il cui indirizzo sarà fornito in risposta alla mail in cui si preannuncia la volontà di recesso, con autorizzazione alla restituzione. Si accetterà la restituzione purché l'oggetto sia pervenuto integro, non abbia subito manipolazioni o alterazioni, si presenti nell'imballaggio originale. Verrà rimborsato l'intero ammontare precedentemente pagato, escluse le spese di spedizione che rimangono a carico dell’acquirente (come previsto dalla legge in materia). Il rimborso verrà effettuato entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione dell'oggetto restituito, come prescrive la normativa italiana, per mezzo di bonifico bancario o paypal, da concordare. Eventuali restituzioni devono essere effettuate per mezzo di raccomandata o pacco celere. Non si accettano restituzioni per mezzo di prioritaria o altri mezzi analoghi senza tracciabilità. Il diritto di recesso si applica su tutti gli oggetti in vendita e il rimborso sarà effettuato per l’ammontare completo della spesa effettuata per quanto concerne gli oggetti proposti con la formula “compralo subito” poiché su tali oggetti vi è un prezzo stabilito e certo. Per quanto concerne invece gli oggetti proposti in “asta libera”, che prevedono delle libere offerte, si rimborserà solo il prezzo di vendita iniziale riportato nell’inserzione poiché tale è il valore riconosciuto e stabilito dal venditore, e quello finale scaturisce solo ed esclusivamente dalle valutazioni soggettive dell’acquirente, in relazione al suo insindacabile e ineccepibile desiderio di possesso dell’oggetto. Gli oggetti devono essere pagati entro 3 giorni lavorativi dalla fine dell’asta, eccetto accordi diversi richiesti dall’acquirente e accettati dal venditore. Non pervenendo il pagamento entro i termini suddetti, eBay aprirà automaticamente una controversia per oggetto non pagato.
