great vender shipped fast and was as described - the quad package was exposed to extremely high heat somewhere in its life and everything from the remote to the quad was melted beyond any repair. I am not complaining as I was warned in the listing. Still great folks to deal with.

Not sure if you know this, but you bought it on a Federal holiday so the mail was delayed for one day, but it was shipped the very next day so you should still get it in a timely matter. :) I ship everything same day or next day that is the policy I cannot control the mail, however unfortunately.
