All our returns are covered under the eBay money back guarantee for 30 days, the only exception to this is items listed under the "For parts or not working" category. Items listed under this category are listed solely as spares or repairs and are exempt from returns. No returns will be accepted, or refunds given.
If you have any problems with your item, please contact us first before opening a case or leaving negative feedback and we will do our very best to help you. If you have changed your mind, no longer require the item, or the item proves faulty, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. We will cover the returns costs and will send a prepaid label to you via the eBay return centre. Any attempted repairs to the device yourself or by any third party will void this warranty and will not be refunded. We also log all SERIAL and/or IMEI numbers of each item we send out, the item must be the same item that is returned to us. The warranty covers hardware faults or defects for 6 months from date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us via your messenger service or by email to discuss this with us.
The warranty excludes instances of accidental damage, screen cracks or damage, water or liquid damage or anything occurring because of excessive use. Items that naturally degrade over time such as batteries are not covered under warranty. The warranty also does not cover the device if there has been an attempted repair to the device and this will void the warranty we provide. We reserve the right to refuse a repair if any contravention of terms has been found and repairs will be at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to repair rather than replace under the terms of your warranty. If a repair is not a viable solution, a replacement device will be sent or refund in the last instance. If we send you a replacement, the warranty continues and does not extend from the new date of replacement.
All devices will have serial numbers and IMEI logged in our system. Only the device we send out to you is eligible under this warranty.
We reserve the right to decline false or fraudulent claims and further reserve the right to take legal/civil action against fraudulent returns.

I am using one of the phones and it works well. I haven't used the other one yet (I bought too). However, so far, very good experience. Also, the items were delivered on time. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars because the battery seems to be running out a bit too quickly But, even so, overall I am satisfied.

    Best Signal Antenna on the smartphone market!

    Well, after a nightmare with my Samsung note 8, finding out afterwards that it has a design fault of a crappy antenna...after a lot of research...not easy to find on the subject of best phone which receives best Signal strength...the Pix 4a came up constantly as having an excellent signal receiving capabilities.. Well it certainly hasn't disappointed..where I got signal drop out on Samsung with same SIM, I get 2 to 3 of 4G bars worth. the battery life is also very good,when you swipe down from top...it estimates battery life by telling you what time it at the best will last too...so say 7.15 tommor. slick smooth OS very responsive and lighifast processor. all in all Very impressive!

    Excellent phone for an excellent price!

    This is one of the first smart phones, I've felt really thrilled about buying and eager to use. I've had a few different phones over the years, but the Pixel 4a is by far my most favourite! I'd never really come across Google's Pixel phones before, until I came across a few reviews for the Pixel 4a. It has a very minimalist but sleek design, with a polycarbonate all in one body. It only comes in one colour, but it certainly looks smart in black. There's a handy fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone, to unlock your phone as opposed to it being on the side of the phone (which a lot of the phones are now).     Great little phone

    Didn't have a clue what to buy but was recommended by my daughter as she has one. Easy to set up even though I don't really know what I'm doing. I don't feel the need to carry a phone in my hand all day so like one this as it's smaller than some of the other phones so fits in my handbag without totally filling it up. The camera is great and easy to use. Charges up quickly and last well over a day. I did get confused when the description said it comes with a type C USB and bought a special adapter but actually only the end that goes in the phone is type C and the other end is type A so didn't really need to have bought the new adapter but that was probably me not really knowing much about chargers.     Amazing phone for the price

    Excellent wee phone. I love the smaller size, it feels much more natural in my hand than most modern phones, but the screen still feels big as it covers so much of the handset. The screen is vibrant and detailed, better than my previous Huawei phone. The camera is absolutely amazing, and the biggest reason I picked this phone. Battery life is great so far, and the adaptive charging promises to keep the battery in good health for longer. The stock android is fast, well-designed and easy to use. Everything feels so perfectly integrated and all works together. If you're a fan of the google ecosystem this is the perfect way to experience android. At this price (£250) this is an absolute bargain! Highly recommended to anyone.

    Lightweight with great features
