Although I strive continually to list the correct details/specifications- it is your/the buyers sole responsibility to check and verify the specifications and
compatibility of the item/s you intend to purchase prior to entering the sale. This includes compatibility with your existing hardware, any links are there for your reference only so please verify the specifications/details personally. As with most of the items for sale everything in good condition, slightly used or used. it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they read any manual/guide so they retain a basic grasp of the technical knowledge required therein.
:: Installation ::
If you do not possess the technical ability to install the item/s please retain a qualified professional to do so. I accept no responsibility or returns for the mishandling or bad/failed installation by the buyer/s or non professionals (these types of installation will affect results & damage components). I will ensure item/s are packaged securely and safely for transit, anything not listed is excluded. All item/s are second user unless otherwise stated and therefore may/will show signs of use – scratches, scuff marks, dust etc. We acknowledge and support the customer’s right to cancel within 14 days
however you will be responsible for paying for the return delivery costs of the goods via a tracking method if you cancel.

:: Accepted offers / Winning bids ::
Must be paid within 4 days- unless special payment arrangement with buyer has been agreed or I will re-list item and follow up via eBay non paying bidder/dispute process. UK bids only. I will follow-up any non-paying winners via the bay dispute process. I reserve the right to cancel any unwanted bids or offers and to withdraw the item/s from sale at any time without reason. Please pay promptly or within stated timescale, preferably at the end of the auction this will enable a prompt dispatch. Please ensure that you take suitable anti-static precautions while handling and fitting the electronic components. The item/s are all individually and thoroughly tested prior to dispatch. Be aware that cosmetic marks, blemishes may/may not be apparent
on some listed items.
:: PAT Test ::
The item/s for sale have been tested and are working although we do not issue/supply a PAT test certificate. It is you, the purchasers/new owners’ choice to have computers and other equipment PAT tested prior to use -however we strongly encourage & recommend this action. All employers, landlords and anyone who is self-employed should attempt to have PAT testing done for IT equipment purchased from e.in.direct prior to use and any other portable appliances applicable . Additionally you should PAT test IT equipment on a regular basis as part of your routine maintenance.
:: Payment ::
PayPal is accepted as the only method of payment for all our sales on eBay. to avoid any unnecessary delays with your order please ensure that the correct delivery address is updated in your PayPal and eBay account before purchasing. PayPal is free to use for buyers and payment will be transferred instantly.
:: Postage/ Delivery/ Returns/Customs fee ::
Be advised that all refunds are processed through bank transfer then via PayPal to your PayPal account. The refund process timescale may/will be approx. 7 - 10 days.
Be advised that we specifically aim not to profit from postage and packing. Our listings state the actual postage cost for the item including a small allowance for packing materials and packing time. All items may be shipped via recorded delivery (signed-for, normally online-tracked courier services).
Dispatch is usually late afternoon on weekdays, our apologies but no items are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. We endeavour to dispatch the same or next day from receipt of cleared funds. We will send you a dispatch notification email once the item has been posted or collected by the courier.
Goods Damaged During Delivery If any items were damaged upon delivery we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours ia eBay messaging system. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt the goods should be refused and signed as damaged returned. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Please retain photos of delivery damage if possible for insurance purposes.
Goods Faulty Immediately after Delivery. If your goods are faulty on arrival, items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage charges.
If you change your mind. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods you have 14 days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is
received, we'll issue a full refund for the goods. The return postage is none refundable however.
::Who pays for customs::
Buyers pay any additional costs associated with international purchases, such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. To avoid any misunderstandings with our buyers, we state this clearly in these terms and conditions and they applicable to all our listing.
"International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
"Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying."

It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. For items that are purchased by international buyers through the Global Shipping Program, buyers pre-pay all applicable shipping and import charges during checkout.
Customs regulations vary by country and not all carriers ship to all locations.
