Henry is a great little vacuum cleaner with lots of accessories. The long hose and retractable cable are brilliant features too. It has a high and low suction power which makes it great to use on laminate as well as carpet.

I got this as i have a cat and we all know how difficult it can be to clean up pet hairs but this product did not dissapoint,it is easy to use and has a long cable which is also easy to wind up,after the EU decided we would all have to use cleaners with low energy ratings i thought i was going to find it difficult to buy a decent one but this little Henry is really great,it's got great suction and i have had to adjust the suction as it has been sticking to the hall carpet,this is easily done by a small adjusting collar on the tubing,if you want a decent,powerful cleaner and have pets then i would recommend this one,wish i had got one years ago.

Wonderful vacuum BUT I’m sure the accessories are NOT for my Henry so I can’t use any of them and there weren’t any instructions. Vacuum itself 5/5, accessories and therefore curtains/ mattress cleaning not easy.

It is fairly light,not to noisy,sucks well,remember to release suction power on a new bag or it will lift your carpet tiles.Will be getting ure-usable bag.

Always had Henry's and won't have anything else. Extremely reliable, had my last one for nearly 20 and it never went wrong, just thought it was time for a nice new one. I also purchased the end specifically for dog hairs and it is well worth it! A bit awkward for doing stairs but apart from that, no complaints. A top Hoover and well recommended!
